|Everbuild Stixall White is a one-part, chemically curing sealant and adhesive combining the best qualities of silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is specifically designed for adhering most common building surfaces to each other and themselves.USES:Sealing and bonding in almost every application imaginable.As a high-quality nail replacement adhesive, even on damp surfaces.Internal perimeter pointing around doors and windows.Bonding mirrors to most common substrates.Jointing cladding panels.Applications requiring resistance to chemical spillage.BENEFITS:Incredible initial grab with no slip and gap-filling properties.High bonding strength.Suitable for both interior and exterior use.Certified to the harmonised European standard for sealants for façade use.Can be applied to wet surfaces.Waterproof and weatherproof.Quick curing. Overpaintable with some paints – always test a small area first.Resistant to temperature extremes from -40°C to +70°C.Resistant to chemicals and petrol (10% dilute acids/alkalis, most solvents).ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Use on overhead applications—always use in conjunction with mechanical fixings.Use mechanical fixings for glass block fitting or large mirrors (>0.5 m² total area).Provide temporary support for heavy items until adhesive has dried.In areas of high UV, some darkening/discolouration may occur. Prolonged UV exposure affects technical performance and durability.Do not seal mirror edges/plastic sheeting until adhesive has cured.Check compatibility with specific paint before overpainting large areas.Do not use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers.Not suitable for structural glazing systems or aquarium manufacture. Use EVERBUILD AQUA MATE.Not for use with bitumen or asphalt. Use EVERBUILD WEATHER MATE.Not for use in conjunction with undiluted bleach, which can cause discoloration.Avoid using on bituminous substrates, natural rubber, EPDM rubber, or any materials that leach oils, plasticisers, or solvents.Do not use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE/Teflon), and certain plasticised synthetic materials without preliminary trials or contacting Technical Services.Not for sealing joints in and around swimming pools, joints under water pressure, or permanent water immersion.Avoid using to seal glass or in floor or sanitary joints.Not for bonding glass if the bond line is exposed to sunlight.Not suitable for structural bonding.
