|Everbuild Fire Sealant 400 (Grey) is a premium, four-hour rated, neutral cure, elastic fire rated silicone sealant, providing a firm yet flexible seal to joints in various fire-rated structures. Suitable for both internal and external applications, this fire rated sealant offers excellent weather resistance and provides an acoustic seal. Tested to EN1366-4:2006, it can be used in joints up to 50mm wide.USES:Sealing joints in fire walls, partitions, and other fire-rated structures.Ideal for fire-rated expansion joints.Suitable for use in a range of building joints requiring a fire rating.BENEFITS:

Remove all loose, flaking coatings, and old sealant or mastic joints prior to application. For mortar, use Primer 3N.
