|Everbuild Everflex Aqua Mate Sealant is a reactive curing, high modulus silicone sealant designed especially for aquarium production. It forms an airtight seal and is always flexible. Sealing pond liners and all water supply/drainage pipes is another application for Aqua Mate Sealant. This silicone sealant won’t hurt fish and cures quickly to give you early strength during application. It is solvent and fungal free. Performance requirements of ISO 11600 G25 HM are met by this sealant. USES:Ideal for all aquarium sealing jobs; Successfully seals pond liners and all kinds of water supply and drainage pipes. BENEFITS: Free of solvents and fungicides, safe for aquatic life. Fast curing for quick strength increase. Creates a strong, watertight seal that can survive long-term submersion. Not easily clogged by dirt. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Make sure every surface is dry, spotless, grease- and dust-free. Before application, make sure glass surfaces are perfectly clean and remove any old sealants, loose or flaking coatings. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Unsuitable for materials that may leak oils, solvents, or plasticisers; priming advised for very porous surfaces. Pond liners should always be subjected to adhesion testing because of the different material properties.
