|Everbuild Everflex 565 Premium+ Clean Room (White) Silicone is a low modulus, neutral cure, odourless silicone sealant. It adheres to a wide range of porous and nonporous surfaces. This advanced hygienic sealant features a powerful anti-bacterial compound and is approved for food contact compatibility.USES:Refrigeration units and food preparation areas.Sterile and medical sites.Clean rooms in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and laboratories.Powder-coated, wood, and polymer window frame perimeter pointing both inside and out.Sealing joints and weathering prefabricated panels and curtain walling.Draught proofing.Applications for roof and parapet sealing.Sanitary applications.BENEFITS:Mould shield included; AATCC 30 part 3 mould resistant for up to 10 years (simulated age testing for internal usage).Up to ten-year bacterial resistance (simulated age testing for internal usage) ISO22196.Superior slow skinning and tooling characteristics for industrial and large-scale applications.Superior adherence to most surfaces, including polycarbonate, painted and unpainted wood, metal, plastics, and glass.Non-slump high viscosity formula.Very good weathering qualities on the outside.Formaldehyde and fumed hydrogen peroxide resistant.Shrinkage to ISO 10563: less than 5%.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: All surfaces need to be dry, dust-free, and clean. Before application, remove any old sealant, mastic joints, or loose or peeling surface coatings. For best adhesion, clean glass, metal and aluminium with a special solvent cleaner before application. Everflex 565 Clean Room Silicone is built Orderly Room While adhesion tests are advised before applying silicone on a large scale, most surfaces do not require priming. Where priming is necessary, apply Everbuild NP2 primer to non-porous surfaces and P1 primer to porous surfaces.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Use Weather Mate instead; not to be used with bitumen or asphalt.Use Aqua Mate instead of this for making aquariums.Not to be used on materials that could bleed solvents, oils, or plasticisers.Not an overpaint.It is not to be used around swimming pools.Suitability for use is the user’s duty to ascertain.
