|Everbuild Everflex 500 Bath and Sanitary Silicone is a superior sealant that provides a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal with its acetoxy cure silicone formula that cures swiftly. Ideal for sanitary applications, Everbuild Everflex 500 contains a powerful fungicide to halt mould growth. USES: Include sealing in areas prone to high humidity or condensation, around baths, showers, basins, work tops, and laminates. Its also effective as an adhesive for PVCu trims and panels and for general weatherproofing applications. BENEFITS: Include non-discolouration even in damp conditions. Quick curing with low dirt pick up. Durable waterproof seal. Certified for various applications under the EN15651 European standard. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Involve using the right joint ratios, cutting the cartridge tip carefully, and applying with a sealant gun at a 45 degrees celsius angle. Smooth the Everflex 500 within 10 minutes of application with a spatula or wetted piece of wood for optimal bonding and appearance. Masking tape can improve the finish when applied to both sides of the joint and removed shortly after sealing. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Incompatibility with bitumen, asphalt, new concrete, or surfaces that may bleed oils or solvents.
