|Everbuild Everflex 335 Construction Silicone (Black) is a low modulus sealant that cures reactively to reduce dirt pick up. It creates a weatherproof, rubber-like seal while maintaining permanent flexibility.USES:Cladding, trim and PVCu profile sealing.Circular pointing at metal, wood, and PVCu window and door frames.This Everflex 335 is Weathersealing formwork and pre-formed panels.Glass to glass and glass to aluminium weathersealing systems.Cap glazing and sealing repaired glazing.

Pickup of dirt is really low.Flexible: +/- 20% movement allowance.A strong antifungal ingredient in the waterproof seal stops the growth of mould.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Dust-free, dry, clean surfaces are required. Before application, remove all previous sealant, mastic joints, and loose or flaking surface coatings. For best adherence, glass, metal and aluminium should be cleaned with a special solvent cleaner before application. Wipe the surface with white spirits (painted surfaces) or Everflex PVC Solvent Cleaner (PVC) to improve adherence. Though it’s not usually necessary, we always suggest testing small areas before usage.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Not to be applied in place of asphalt or bitumen. Utilise Weather Mate.Never use on soft metals like lead. Utilise Lead Mate Sealant.Priming or using Silicone 450 is recommended on very porous surfaces like fresh concrete.Not for use on materials that could leak solvents, oils, or plasticisers.Never use next to or together with double-glazed unit edge sealant. Use Silicone 450.In use with plastic and uPVC components: The user must always do an adhesion test before to use because of the great variation and quality of these materials.Use Silicone 450 or HM60 for best adherence. Thermal movement of PVC-u frames can be too great. Move of +/- 20% of the joint width is supported by this device.Use Silicone HM60 or Silicone 450 if you want a larger mobility factor. Please use only Silicone 450 neutral cure when perimeter pointing to G.G.F standards.Since overpainting is not possible, utilise Mirror Mate (internal or external use) or Weather Mate (external only) for applications where overpainting is needed.PTDSIKDIR335BK
